Welcome to Wolverton Health Centre!
The practice moved into the Health Centre in 1976 as a 3-doctor partnership and has grown steadily since that time. The present partners and the primary health care team look after 16,000 patients.
The practice aims to cater for the health needs of the population within the resources available, whilst making full use of the new ideas from the wider primary health care team, in order to provide excellent primary care in a friendly environment.
Our Patients Charter details what we commit to do for our patients, and what we expect from our patients (see 'The Practice Charter' under our further information link).
