Information:
Please be aware of the parking regulations that are now active in the surgery car park. When you attend the surgery please ensure your car registration details are entered into the tablets displayed in reception, one is situated by the self-check in screen and the second is situated by the lift. There are also two tablets situated on the first floor for patients attending appointments upstairs. Please note your car registration details will need to be entered on every occasion when attending the surgery.
If you received a parking ticket, please contact Creative Car Parking their information will be on the back of your car parking notice.
