The practice moved into the Health Centre in 1976 as a 3 doctor partnership and has grown steadily since that time. The present partners and the primary health care team look after 16,000 patients.

The practice aims to cater for the health needs of the population within the resources available, whilst making full use of the new ideas from the wider primary health care team, to provide excellent primary care in a friendly environment.
