Please be aware of the new parking regulations that are now active in the surgery car park.
When you attend the surgery, please ensure your car registration details are entered in to the tablets displayed in reception, one is situated by the self check in screen and the second is situated by the lift.
Please enter your car registration details every time you attend the surgery, even if the car you are travelling in is not yours. This will also be the case if you are using the allocated parking bays including the disabled spaces
If you received a parking ticket, please contact Creative Car Parking, their information will be on the back of your car parking notice.
