The Patient Participation Group is part of a national initiative which meets monthly with the practice manager to work together to improve services and to promote health and improved quality of care.
The group has recently reformed and is an opportunity to try to understand the challenges faced by our health centre as well as positively and constructively present new ideas and patient perspectives.
The group produces a regular newsletter for patients, is involved in the transition to the new health centre later this year as well as many other activities.
Anyone who is a patient at the practice is welcome to come along meetings are usually on the first Monday of the month from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the health centre. If you would like more information on getting involved please come along.
