We have a team of 9 dedicated patient navigation team members split over morning and afternoon shifts.

Other members of the Primary Health Care Team include Midwives, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, AAA screening and ICST, all are accommodated at the Health Centre.
