Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your SystmOnline account
- by phoning us on 01908 222954 and we will tell you what the results are between 11am till midday, and 2pm till 3pm for the results of any tests you have undergone
The phone is not so busy at this time and the patient navigation staff are more able to assist, although our receptionist are not qualified to read results but can tell you if the doctors has requested to see you.
If the doctor needs to see you they will write to you to let you know you need to see them.
